VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA – (February 23, 2022) – VoltSafe Inc. is excited to announce for the second time in as many weeks that it has received a “Notice of Allowance”, this time from the Australian Patent Office (IP Australia), granting VoltSafe its SIXTH patent relating to its flagship technology.
Such important milestones serve to lock out future competitors from manufacturing and/or selling in key markets such as Australia, without prior approval from or partnership with VoltSafe. The annual Smart Home market in Australia is expected to close in on USD $5 billion by 2026 and VoltSafe aims to see its technology become the dominant technology in this market, through partner licensing and/or commercialization.
VoltSafe continues to accelerate growth of its flagship technology around the globe. The tailwinds for increased safety, accessibility and sustainability have never been stronger. Global smart electrification and sustainability is driving the outlook for VoltSafe’s future-focused electrical connector technology.
Remarking on yet another significant milestone, VoltSafe’s CEO Trevor Burgess, stated, “Patent protection is a critical strategy for companies bringing deep tech (significant innovation) to market. Celebrating two such patent milestones within just the last couple weeks demonstrates VoltSafe’s ability to execute. IP expansion is just one piece of VoltSafe’s strategic milestone mandate for 2022. VoltSafe technology sets a new standard for electrical safety, accessibility, & supply/demand side energy management.”
The year ahead is expected to include significant announcements, including multiple product launches, new projects/partners and expanded licensing relationships. The future of connecting to electricity (and VoltSafe) appears luminous for the company and its key stakeholders.
