National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) adds VoltSafe to Members List

VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA – (May 30, 2022) – VoltSafe Inc.
is pleased to announce that it has been selected to be a member of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the leading trade association representing boat, marine engine and accessory manufacturers. The NMMA leverages the strength of its membership to provide a strong voice of leadership for the industry, representing recreational boating to policymakers, the media and the public.

Becoming an NMMA member enables VoltSafe to showcase its patented, prongless electrical connector technology as a unique embedded solution to the marine stakeholder audience. Benefits include opportunities to foster business development amongst other members, including the largest players in each marine vertical, and showcase VoltSafe’s inventive marine connector tech as a best-in-class solution for marine electrification.

NMMA is a unifying force amongst the recreational boating industry, working to strengthen and grow boating, while protecting the interests of its member companies. VoltSafe’s VP of Business Development, Philipp Garber, remarked, “VoltSafe is excited to be part of such an impactful organization. With the NMMA focused on promoting safety and helping manufacturers produce quality products, their support is integral to further accelerating the adoption of VoltSafe’s technology as the new gold standard in marine electrical safety.”

NMMA serves as a knowledge centre, collecting, analyzing and sharing economic and market data to its members. NMMA also produces boat and sport shows in major markets to provide quality sales venues for exhibitors and consumers alike. It co-owns and produces IBEX (International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference) to generate business opportunities for marine companies. VoltSafe is excited to announce it will have a significant presence (Booth 1-207) at this year’s IBEX event in Tampa, Florida (Sept 27-29). The company will be presenting its VoltSafe Marine tech solution to a captive audience of boat manufacturers and enthusiasts, investors and government representatives. IBEX is North America’s largest marine trade show.

VoltSafe is launching a community-focused equity crowdfunding campaign to raise capital aimed at driving the company further towards its short and long-term licensing and commercialization goals. VoltSafe successfully pitched its novel innovation on CBC’s Dragons’ Den in 2018, with multiple Dragons vying to invest at higher than ask. For a limited time, the raise will be open to all investors starting this Wednesday. To learn more, contact VoltSafe CFO, Scott Carlson, by email at scott@voltsafe.com.
