VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA – (July 13, 2023) – VoltSafe Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent with Amphenol LTW Technology Co., Ltd., (ALTW), a subsidiary of Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH), indicating the desire to execute a binding licensing agreement for VoltSafe’s patented, prongless plug technology. The agreement sets forth the potential to include a wide range of industrial product solutions that fall under ALTW’s global umbrella.
