ALEXANDRIA, VA, USA – (October 22, 2024) – VoltSafe Inc. is pleased to announce it has received a Notice of Allowance from the USPTO, for a patent continuation on the company’s flagship power connectors’ “resistive sensing” technology in the United States of America.
VoltSafe’s “electrical fingerprint” technology is a critical pillar that the company’s hardware is built upon. This patent continuation in the United States builds on VoltSafe’s other previously granted patents and extends the company’s already strong moat surrounding its intellectual property.
VoltSafe’s CEO & Co-Founder, Trevor Burgess, commented, “With over 6 billion people connecting to electricity daily, we’ve been stuck with pronged plugs simply because of their efficient power transfer capabilities. Wireless power transfer technologies like induction, capacitive, RF, aren’t as efficient and don’t scale to higher power well, whereas VoltSafe’s tech is able to achieve both. VoltSafe technology is the missing puzzle piece that completely breaks this mold, offering ultra-efficient power transfer, next-level safety, and a user experience so seamless it’s magnetic and will transform power transfer globally.”

VoltSafe recently launched a community-focused equity crowdfunding campaign through FrontFundr to raise capital aimed at driving the company further towards its licensing and commercialization goals. The capital generated from this FrontFundr campaign will support critical R&D projects, commercialization of VoltSafe Marine, and support the development of new licensing partnerships.
