VICTORIA, BC, Canada – (May 14, 2025) – VoltSafe Inc. is excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mostar Labs to co-develop revolutionary mobile charging infrastructure for the next wave of electrified marine, defence, and water-based transportation systems.

This strategic partnership will combine VoltSafe’s patented prongless, magnetic connectors with Mostar’s Adaptive Power Management System (APMS) to build modular, grid-aware, and mobile charging stations. These intelligent systems will serve electric boats, advanced marine operations, and novel defence platforms, delivering clean, efficient, and safe energy access at the edge of innovation.

To ensure rapid adoption, both companies will jointly pursue critical certifications across marine, defence, and clean-tech standards, including UL, IEC, CSA, and NATO STANAG. The partnership also includes a path to commercialization through potential licensing agreements, OEM integrations, and co-branded solutions tailored for both domestic and international markets.
