VoltSafe Winter Magnetic Block Heater Extension Cords have been discontinued. VoltSafe is focusing on developing future products that are able to handle higher power levels and all load types for multiple devices, and not exclusively engine block heaters (resistive loads).
You can continue to use VoltSafe Winter as a magnetic extension cord exclusively for your vehicle’s engine block heater (if less than 840-wattage draw) in ‘dummy mode’ without the app.
You may pair it with the app depending on your smart phone compatibility. The VoltSafe Winter app is compatible with Android OS 10 to 13 and Apple iOS 12 to 15 exclusively on 2.4G WiFi networks. There will be no further VoltSafe Winter app updates released.
If you require support with a VoltSafe Winter device, you may return it to the store it was purchased from with the receipt for refund or exchange if within the store’s return policy.
VoltSafe will continue to provide product support in line with our limited warranty.
